Description: This seminar will help practitioners identify claims and maximize damages for
clients who live and work at the same place, meaning their employer and landlord are one and the same. This often comes up with resident managers or maintenance workers who live on-site, a live-in nanny or domestic worker, or other employee/tenant situations in other various industries. Oftentimes in this context when there are labor violations, there are also housing violations. When there is a termination, the notice to vacate or eviction notice is also served.
