Hunter Pyle to Present at California Employment Lawyers Association’s 21st Annual Advanced Wage and Hour Seminar

Hunter Pyle will again present at the 21st Annual Advanced Wave and Hour Seminar, presented by CELA’s Wage & Hour Committee, which, this year, is being held in Costa Mesa.

Hunter, along with colleagues, Jennifer Kramer and Mariko Yoshihara, will present an update regarding the latest trends and issues in California wage and hour law.

Hunter will also be leading a discussion of two cutting-edge issues: “Headless” PAGA claims, and the Transportation Workers Exemption to the Federal Arbitration Act.
