Hunter Pyle has again been invited to present at CELA’s Advanced Wage and Hour Seminar. This year’s conference, the 19th annual, will be held on
Friday, April 28, 2023 from 9:00am – 5:00pm at the Hilton Glendale. A description of the conference follows:
The California Employment Lawyers Association’s Wage & Hour Committee presents a full‐day, advanced‐level seminar on wage and hour law. This high‐quality program will help plaintiffs’ attorneys stay abreast of this rapidly evolving practice area. In addition to a legislative review and case law developments, panels will feature a discussion on joint/multi-employers and 2810.3 issues; mediation best practices; effectively using electronically stored information (ESI) in wage and hour cases; and a roundtable led by those on the front lines discussing hot topics in wage and hour law in 2023, and beyond.
Hunter will be speaking on a panel with two outstanding attorneys, Mariko Yoshihara, CELA’s Policy Director and Legislative Counsel, and Jennifer Kramer, a co-managing partner at Hennig Kramer Ruiz & Singh, LLP in Los Angeles. The panel will address current cases and developments in California wage and hour law.
