Our TeamHunter has been there for me no matter what time in the day, 24/7.
California law guarantees meal and rest breaks to all non-exempt employees. Employees are entitled to a thirty-minute meal break in shifts longer than five hours, and a second thirty-minute meal break in shifts longer than ten hours. Additionally, employees are entitled to an uninterrupted ten-minute rest break for every four hours worked.
If you believe your employer has provided you with meal or rest breaks, the attorneys at Hunter Pyle Law Contact may be able to help.
